You can’t buy love but you CAN rescue it
2027 Pet Calendar Competition
Capture Your Pet’s Star Power for a Cause!
Jennifer McKinnon Photography is proud to once again partner with Northern Rivers Animal Services (NRAS) for our Pet Calendar Competition!
After an incredible response last year—raising over $8,537 for NRAS and selling more than 230 calendars—we’re excited to make this year even bigger, with more pets, more community involvement, and even greater impact.
This is your opportunity to celebrate your pet while helping animals in need across the Northern Rivers.
Why This Competition Matters
NRAS is a 100% self-funded, non-profit charity dedicated to rescuing abandoned, abused, lost, and unwanted dogs and cats.
Their work goes far beyond providing food, shelter, and medical care. Through partnerships with local veterinarians, they also:
- Support pet owners experiencing financial hardship by assisting with desexing costs
- Educate the community on responsible pet ownership
- Work tirelessly to rehome animals into safe, loving environments
Every dollar raised through this competition directly supports these life-changing efforts.
This competition is your chance to showcase your beloved pet and make a real difference in the lives of animals in need.
Make Your Pet a Star — And Make a Difference
This competition is about more than just cute photos—it’s about community, connection, and giving animals a second chance.
For just $5, you can enter your pet into the competition for the chance to be featured in our 2027 Pet Calendar.
Once entries are live, invite your friends, family, and wider network to vote:
- $1 per vote
- Unlimited votes
- Every vote = direct support for NRAS
The more votes your pet receives, the higher their chance of securing a coveted spot in the calendar.
Whether your pet is cheeky, cuddly, quirky, or completely unique—this is their moment to shine.
