1. Promotion Overview

Entry into this competition gives participants the chance to win a pet photography experience with Jennifer McKinnon Photography, valued at $400.

2. What’s Included in the Prize

The prize includes:

• A pre-session consultation to plan your photography session
• A professional pet photography session of up to 2 hours
• A private viewing appointment including a gallery and slideshow to select your favourite images
• One complimentary 5×7 mounted print
• A $100 credit to be used towards wall art purchases

Additional artwork, prints, and digital images are not included and may be purchased separately.

3. Entry Eligibility

• Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over
• Entrants must reside within a reasonable travelling distance of Northern Rivers NSW or be willing to travel to the session location
• Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated

4. How to Enter

• Entries must be submitted on the day of the event via the official QR code form or a handwritten entry form provided at the event
• Late or incomplete entries may not be accepted
• By entering, participants agree to provide accurate contact details
• Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

5. Competition Period

• Entries open and close as advertised at the Furry Friends Festival (or specified event)
• The winner will be drawn within  2 days of the competition closing

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random
• The winner will be notified via email and/or phone
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a new winner may be drawn

7. Prize Conditions

• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash
• The $100 wall art credit is not redeemable for cash and must be used at the viewing appointment
• The credit is not transferable
• The session must be booked and completed within 3 months of the winner being announced
• Session dates are subject to availability

8. Location

• The photography session will take place at one of the following locations: Ballina Beach, Lennox Head, or Bangalow Showgrounds
• Alternative locations may be arranged by mutual agreement with the photographer
• Travel outside these areas may incur an additional fee

9. Weather & Rescheduling

• In the event of unsuitable weather, the session may be rescheduled at the photographer’s discretion
• Jennifer McKinnon Photography reserves the right to reschedule if conditions are not suitable for the session

10. Animal Safety & Responsibility

• Dogs must be under the control of their owner at all times
• The owner is responsible for the behaviour and safety of their dog during the session
• Jennifer McKinnon Photography reserves the right to end the session if safety concerns arise

11. Attendance

• Late arrival may result in reduced session time
• Failure to attend the session may result in forfeiture of the prize

12. Additional Purchases

• The included 5×7 mounted print and $100 credit are applied to the winner’s order
• Additional artwork, prints, and digital images are available for purchase at standard pricing

13. Image Selection & Delivery

• Images are selected and purchased during the viewing appointment
• No digital or printed images are included unless specified in the prize

14. Use of Images

• By entering the competition, participants agree that Jennifer McKinnon Photography may use images from the session for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes
• If you prefer your images not to be used, this must be advised in writing prior to your session

15. General Conditions

• Jennifer McKinnon Photography reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition if necessary
• The promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred in connection with the prize
• The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal value if required
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the event organiser or any third-party platform
